Last updated: 28 September 20261. ExpatExpo content
Unless otherwise stated, original material created for ExpatExpo is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property rights.
This can include articles, written features, original research, graphics, photographs, page designs, branding and other material produced specifically for ExpatExpo.
2. Sharing links
You are welcome to share links to ExpatExpo articles and pages on Facebook, other social networks, websites, messaging services and by email.
In fact, sharing a link to the original page is generally the best way to help other people find the information while preserving its context, updates and source information.

Reasonable short extracts from ExpatExpo articles may be quoted for purposes such as discussion, commentary or reference where permitted by law.
Please clearly identify ExpatExpo as the source and, where practical, provide a link to the original article.
4. Republishing complete articles
Complete ExpatExpo articles, or substantial parts of them, should not be copied and republished on another website, social-media page, group, newsletter or publication without permission, unless that use is otherwise permitted by law.
This applies even where ExpatExpo is named as the original source.
Linking to the original article is encouraged instead.
5. Photographs and graphics
Photographs, illustrations, infographics, advertising graphics and other visual material may have separate copyright ownership or licensing conditions.
An image appearing on ExpatExpo should not be assumed to be free for reuse elsewhere.
Where an image belongs to a third party, any credit or licence information shown with that image should be respected.
6. Reader contributions
People who submit material to ExpatExpo should only submit content that they have the right to provide.
Unless otherwise agreed, submitting material for consideration does not transfer ownership of the contributor's copyright to ExpatExpo.
Where material is accepted for publication, the contributor gives ExpatExpo permission to publish and display that material as reasonably necessary for the agreed contribution.
7. Third-party material
ExpatExpo may refer to, quote, embed or otherwise use material from third parties where appropriate.
Copyright in third-party material remains with its respective owner.
The appearance of third-party material on ExpatExpo does not transfer ownership of that material to ExpatExpo.
